Product Return Guidelines
- All returns must be setup within 30 days of your product received date
- All items returned must be in original manufacturer packaging
- The product must be free from defects, scratches and/or missing parts
- Merchandise cannot have been previously installed prior to your return
- The product must not have any writing or labels on the packaging
- All items must have an assigned **RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number attached to or written on the return shipping box
**Items returned without an RGA number will delay credit - Any item(s) returned in a condition other than it was received by you, i.e. cannot be resold by manufacturer, will be held for the customer to pick up for 30 days

How to Return a Product
- Email our Customer Support Center at (info@screwzandthingz.com) to obtain your RGA number and shipping instructions.
- Pay shipping costs and restocking fee, if applicable (see chart under “Restocking Fees” for guidelines).
- Place item in the original manufacturer packaging and prepare the item for shipment. Adhere to advised packaging instructions and attach shipping information and RGA number to the package.
Arrange for your pickup accordingly and ship your item(s) back!

Cancellations & Changes to Open Orders
For most items, you can cancel or change any order free of charge prior to it being shipped. Following shipment, please email us at support@screwzandthingz.com to obtain an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to cancel or change your order. You will be responsible for shipping costs as well as a restocking fee dependent upon your account type and the time elapsed after receiving your product(s). For special/custom orders items, you have 24 hours to cancel or change your order.

Special Order Items:
- Items marked with the (image above) special order tag
- Any item the customer ordered that was specifically requested but not in stock
Clearance Items:
- Items marked on search results, product pages, shopping carts, and reviews as Clearance
Custom Items:
- Any item that requires a manual change to the product manufacturer SKU
Discontinued Items:
- Manufacturer determines that a product is discontinued any time after the order purchase
Wrong Product Received
Defective Products
If the product(s) you received has manufacturing defects, please contact us within the warranty time(s) that accompany the product(s). We will issue an RGA number and replace the product(s) with instructions on how and where to return the product(s). We will cover all shipping costs and ship the correct product(s) as soon as the defected ones are received. Customer returns said to be defective products, however are not found to be defective by the manufacturer, are subject to a 25% handling charge.
Returned Credit
